Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, myofascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It’s slower and more meditative, giving space to tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. This class focuses on breathing, meditation and gentle stretches to relax the body. Rest, and release at the end of your day to calm the mind, and look inwards within yourself.
